1 hour private sessions, totally tailored to you, your life, your goals and your body’s needs.
With my private clients I tend to work on a long term basis, setting goals that we agree are challenging, but achievable. Typically, these programmes incorporate various different ‘elements’: strength-based resistance training, dynamic movement flows, mat-based Pilates-inspired work, posture correction work, and a sprinkling of HIIT workouts too, but the balance of these elements will depend on what your individual goals are.
I will also suggest complementary exercise and/or stretching and relaxation exercises that you can include around your studio sessions, which are easy to fit in around your lifestyle. Nutrition guides are also available at no extra cost, if required.
PLEASE NOTE: you must attend a 1 hour Initial Consultation (£35) with me prior to starting training. During this we’ll go over your medical history and lifestyle, determine your goals, conduct a posture and gait analysis and do a mini ‘taster’ workout, which not only allows me to build a background picture from which we can plan an effective programme, but it also gives you a chance to decide if my training style is for you too (there is no obligation to commit to any further sessions after a consultation if it’s not!).
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
(including pre and postnatal)
2-4 people per class
£40 (or £350 for block of 10)
If committing to personal training (as described above) on your own either fills you with dread or seems a bit expensive, why not rope in some friends to join you? All workouts will be designed with the whole group in mind, so modifications and progressions will be available for the workout when needed, so you don’t necessarily need to be the same level of fitness.
AT HOME WORKOUT PLANS
1 month At Home Plan: £40
Fundamentals Session: £45, 1.5 hours
Weekday mornings (depending on availability)
If you just need a bit of guidance or direction for your at-home or gym workouts but don’t know where to start and get confused by the myriad of ‘try this at home’ workouts on YouTube and Instagram, then this is for you!
My At-Home Workout Plans include 2-3 workouts per week, either at home or at your local gym. They will include a guide to warming up, stretching and relaxation, lifestyle tips and a nutrition guide. I can work to whatever equipment you have, or suggest basic kit for you to buy for a reasonable price that will ensure you get a good workout without having to break the bank!
I do offer postnatal at home plans, but I will need to be sure that you are up to working out alone without my guidance. I’m very passionate about encouraging mums to get back into exercise safely, and so I might suggest we do a few 1-to-1 studio sessions before we embark on an at home programme, just so I know you have grasped the techniques that I use with my postnatal clients well enough to do them at home, and that I know you know when you’re pushing yourself too hard.
PLEASE NOTE: To start at home workout plans with me, you will need to complete a new client questionnaire and attend an At Home Workout Fundamentals Session, which is 1 ½ hours long and includes a movement analysis and a a full workout that covers all the movements that will be used in the exercises of your at home plan, so that I know you’ll be doing the exercises correctly, but also so you can decide if you like the way I train!
